To tell you the truth, when I first registered on Ponyisland.net and started to play the game, I really didn't know what it was all about. It was hard to understand where I should click and what the whole pony game was all about. It's really nice graphics with cute fantasy horses though.

I was really disappointed as I expected to come to an island full of horses (at least that's how it appeared on their website). Despite having really nice graphics, there was really nothing to do here, except to play some quiz games. This is a browser horse game, but I don't know if I would really call it a horse game, because the only thing you do is buy and sell fantasy horses. The only good thing with this horse game is that the horses are super cute, however like I said, as there is not much you can do in the game - the game becomes worthless to play.

    In all honesty and to PI's defense. The reviewer of this game didn't go very far. There are a LOT of things to do in P.I. besides buy and sell horses. The breeding/genetics can sometimes take YEARS to make a horse come out the way you want it through careful breeding (which the reviewer didn't even mention that you can breed the horses). There are hybrids and a huge array of "genes", breeds, patterns ect to breed. There is also very active contesting and leveling of your horses, creating you own contests and even purchasing/collecting items for your horses and even creating your own homebase. I do DISLIKE the fact that you are forced into a Pay to Play atmosphere, but in it's defense there is a great many things to do that the reviewer of this game didn't notice, do, check out or even read about. It IS P2P for 14$ per 6 months or 23$ per year. But aside from that there are a great many things to do in the game from collecting adoptables to contesting to breeding and a whole slew of other activies and goals.

    I think this would be a fun game if they had something when you first start that would help you get started. I think it would be fun like I said before, except that I HAD NO CLUE HOW TO Play!!! The game has cute graphics, but I only got a little way before I got stuck, and could not go on. I want to play, but I just don't know how.

    Rely fun game with loads of nice and friendly ppl. There is a manual on how it works, and as soon as you pay you can writh in the forums and other players do help you.. i Just love this game and the ponys with all the patterns and stuff!!

    It was a fun game at first and the horses closely resembled the horses from Pony Valley because they stole their pictures! Now Pony Valley is shut down and gone for good! This game is terrible!

    I don't like it the game is so boring club penguin and movie star planet is better I was gutted when I joined I thought it was going to be better they should make the game better its rubbish you will probably agree with me. I agree with the others.

    Ok everyone, the game IS UPDATED! It is much less confusing, more fun, and definitely has better game play options. No, you can't ride your horse, but there is so much more to do then that. PLEASE try it! It is really fun!

    all you haters can hate. I love this game (the updated) and I loved the original just the same. this is a friendly game and has cute and friendly object. any one could play it, may need help for some things if they are young. but the consept is simple and cute.
